Who I am, How I can help.

A surreal moment in my life at 10,000 feet on the Manti Mountain Range.

I love the outdoors and all that comes with it, backpacking, hunting, ATVs, and camping, even cultivating a 10,000-square-foot vegetable garden; one of my most rewarding passions. I work as a firearms technician for a popular brand building some of the world’s finest custom rifles. But what I want to do is help you get the word out. I believe that humans have used stories to help progress through the ages, I'm here to tell yours.

Rounding out a 12–mile hike with 35 pounds in the pack gearing up for a gut check. Notice the car getting this scene for a few seconds, it lasted me 15 minutes.

I'm currently working on an applied communications degree within the BYU education system in the Pathways Program. Recently I joined the Write Your Way to Freedom team, a master class in professional freelance copywriting, and an incredible community,  making me a more effective tool to help you and your organization reach your audience and drive you forward. I believe as humans we have always grown from the stories we tell, and I want to help you tell yours.

Hard work, sweat, and some water, and this Serendipity Sweet Corn is the reward.

Timing and location are everything, as a gardener and an outdoorsman I have learned this lesson over decades of my life. Where you’re at can make a big difference when it’s time to plant or if you want to take a ride through the high desert plateaus of Utah, it can mean the plants will die if you plant before the last frost of the season or be scorching hot with water at a premium when traversing the San Rafael in July.

Timing in marketing is no different, in many ways, it could be more important. You can replant after a freeze and drive back home when the temp feels too hot, but as a few companies recently found if you miss the mark on timing and don’t reorganize properly in a hurry it could be the downfall of a company. I free up your time by using my work to focus on market research and write your copy to bring your business where you want it.

Copywriting is not just a job for me it has become a passion that focuses my place in marketing. I have spent a lot of money and time learning how to become a more effective tool for those needing someone to provide marketing solutions but don’t want to have the overhead of an in–house marketing team. In–house teams can become yes men or women doing what you wish to, afraid to think outside the box, where I am a partner with an equal stake in your success. Don’t get me wrong though, I don’t think in–house teams are bad they are usually at the mercy of their job and I can be the insight to bridge the communication gap between both.

Just like you, I want to grow and the only way I can do that is by growing those I work with and that makes me excited to imagine the places I can take you. Using blogs, emails, social media posts, and even marketing strategies and executive summaries. That’s who I am and that is how I can help you.

Getting outside and doing the things can have numerous benefits, meat from wild game has great protein and if you want to stay low fat there is no better. All life is to be respected, she gave hers to benefit ours, and we harvest to sustain and keep healthy herds.
